In some pictures the two implants seemed to be distal to the canine region and had a long bar attached with a cantilever distal to implants. Doesn’t such a long bar place to much stress to implants?

How do Locators compare with milled bars? Assuming enough space, which is better in terms of longevity?

Denture and implant hygiene is essential for longevity of the prosthesis. Do you have any special considerations or treatment protocols for patients with Parkinson’s Disease? The Parkinson’s Disease prevents the patient from sufficiently retaining a lower denture with muscle control.
