If I may ask another question: Do you make bars that rest on the mucosa, or do you prefer a gap between the bar and the mucosa? And if there is a gap, how much space should there be to prevent the gum from being pulled up?

would you recommend to remove palate in over denture supported over 4 novalocs in the maxillary or atleast have a metal strap supporting the left and right side of the arch
Prosthesis material preferred for implant retained fixed prosthesis when patient has habit of clenching or any other parafunction habit
Did I understand correctly that you tell patients they should never remove implant-supported prostheses at night, whether it is a bar, locator, or snap-on system? And how does this work during the healing phase, when submerged healing is taking place and the prosthesis is worn as a temporary?

I have a patient with a parafunction with uncrontrolled biting. He has a partial denture in the lower jaw and now we have planned 4 implants in the upper jaw. What kind of prothesis would you use over four implants when ha has this parafunction: fixed or removable? what kind of material?
