Esthetic Risk Assessment in Implant Dentistry in Partially Edentulous and Edentulous Patients
This presentation will introduce the Esthetic Risk Assessment (ERA) and Edentulous Esthetic Risk (EERA) tables, which are patient assessment tools that assist with guiding the treatment team through clinical parameters that can influence both positive and negative outcomes when placing and restoring implants in patients with esthetic demands.
Learning objectives:
- Define the parameters that make up ideal implant rehabilitation esthetic outcomes in partial and full arch patients
- Detail pretreatment esthetic analysis in the full arch patient and identify important parameters that can influence treatment outcomes
- To recognize clinical factors of significance in the assessment of partially edentulous patients requiring dental implants, with particular reference to dental esthetics
