In case of transcrestal approach, what is the upper limit to elevate the sinus? In other word how much is allowed to lift the sinus ?

Instead of autologous, can a composite of allograft and xenograft work equivalent especially in atropic maxilla with minimal thickness of lateral wall of sinus to harvest auto graft
do you always use transmuscosal healing – to be able to perform the ISQ?
Would you use a layering technique (autogenous bone layer then xenograft instead of mixing them) in cases with less than 1mm RBH? That’s to obtain 100% vital bone in the coronal part of the implant.
Any specific tip to measure the thickness of sinus lining. Some scans ,sinus lining is hardly evident , these are tricky cases especially if septa are present
how do you achieve (instant) hight ISQ values? tightening the implant more?
is there no risk of pressure necrosis?

Does incorporating RFA measurements into sinus elevation procedures significantly impact your treatment time? – If so, does this impact typically result in a shorter treatment time due to achieving good stability faster, or does it occasionally prolong the process when stability takes longer?
Do you measure ISQ even if you have already decided to go with 2-stage surgery?
In cases with <1 or 2 mm RBH (residual bone height), would you recommend a layering technique for autogenous bone particles and xeno graft instead of mixing them? The rationale here is to have 100% vital bone in the first 3-5mm of the implant, then have the rest of the implant in xeno graft.
